At Cosy customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We strive to make your process with us as smooth and simple as possible – from purchase to delivery and after!
14-day money back guarantee
At cosy we offer our customers a 14-day money back guarantee from the day of delivery. You are valid for returning your suite and receiving a full refund within this time.
All suites MUST be returned in the same condition as received.
We do not accept returns of an item that is used, and we do not accept the return of the goods that have been left outdoors to collect. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition.
If you would like to return your sofa based on a manufacturing issue, we will pick up the suite free of charge
If you would like to return the suite based on the fact that you do not like the model you have chosen you can either swap it for a different model or return the item for a pickup charge of £100
If you would like to send the suite back yourself, please provide us with the appropriate tracking information after sending the item back so when it arrives, we can send your refund.
All refunds will take place once the returns have been received back and checked/inspected.

As much as we love to keep all customers happy, we are unable to return clearance/custom orders as custom orders are made to measure and are not resalable.

If for any reason within your 14-day money back guarantee you wish to return your suite due to faults or you deem it unsatisfactory contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem (with no added charges.)
