GENERAL INFORMATION:
Our one-year manufacturer’s warranty covers any damage found on the frame, internal springs, webbing or feet, that has been caused by a manufacturing defect.
If you spot something wrong with your sofa, please contact us providing images of the damage. If the damage is deemed a manufacturing defect, then you must send the damaged item back to us. We will then try to repair any faulty product, but if we are unable to, we will send you a replacement.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
– Misuse (Accidental or deliberate)
– Wear & Tear
– Failure to maintain
– Commercial or institutional use
– A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. damp or in direct sunlight.)
– Any item where an alteration has been carried out.
– Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees.
