Here at cosy, we are confident in our products quality and durability. However, it can be comforting to know that we’ve got your back if anything was to go wrong. That’s why we have decided to offer our customers a 5 Year Frame Guarantee on all sofas! From the day of purchase, you will be covered for 5 years on any structural damages caused by a manufacturing defect. 

 

What is covered?

We have put over 100 years of experience and expertise combined into ensuring that you will never need to use this warranty. If by some chance you do need to, here’s what you’re covered for …

  • Frame
  • Spillages
  • Scuffing
  • Webbing
  • Springs
  • Feet
  • Improper Care/Negligence

Our Frame Guarantee excludes: 

  • Usual wear and Tear 
  • Scuffing
  • Burn Marks 
  • Seat/back Cushions
  • Spillages/stains
  • Improper Care Accidental Damage
  • Any item where an alteration has been carried out

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Frame Guarantee begins from the date of purchase
  • The guarantee is non – transferable and only valid from the DATE  of purchasing
  • Must be able to provide your order no. or receipt of purchase
  • Sofa beds and footstools are excluded from this guarantee
  • Seating cushions/back cushions are excluded from the guarantee
  • We will come and inspect the product to see how we can best rectify the problem
  • There is a £50 call out charge which will be refunded if there are any faults found on your suite
  • If there is no fault with your suite or the issue is not included in our guarantee the £50 call out charge WILL NOT be refunded
  • Only the damaged pieces will be replaced
