Delivery Policy

What happens after I place my order?

 

All of our products are made to order by our expert craftsmen working hard to get your sofa to you as soon as possible. Because we make all products to order our estimated delivery time is 2 – 3 weeks to give us enough time to make and perfect your suite. We are only able to give estimated delivery times until we have confirmation that your products have been made and then we can confirm your delivery date.

 

What happens on the day of delivery?

 

On the day of your delivery our drivers usually set off at around 6 – 9 am depending on the route’s location for the day. Our drivers have multiple drops offs on one route. To make sure that you are prepared for your delivery our drivers will ring you around an hour before delivery is to take place. We offer a 2-man delivery team who are covered to bring the suite into any GROUND FLOOR room of your choice. If you require our team to take it up the stairs there will be an additional charge of £20 for each flight of stairs. Our delivery drivers do not assemble your sofa. Our sofas are connected together with the use of clips, the process of putting them together is simple. If you require our delivery team to assemble your sofa an additional charge of £10 will be added.

 

What days do you deliver?

 

As a business we aim to get our products to our customer as soon as possible as we know that convenience is key. Due to the large amount of orders we receive and the limited number of delivery vans we only deliver Monday – Friday.

 

Can I choose my delivery date?

 

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders all over Mainland UK we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date upon ordering, however we do confirm the delivery date 1 week prior to delivery to give you some extra notice. We are able to guarantee that your order will be delivered AFTER a specific date, so there’s no need to worry about your sofa arriving whilst you’re away.
