We offer a 2-man delivery team who deliver sofas all across the UK, Monday – Friday.
Our delivery team are covered to bring your suite into any ground floor room of your choice if you require them to bring it up to the first floor an additional charge of £20 will be added.

Due to the large number of orders across the UK which we receive we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for our customers, however we can guarantee that your sofa will be delivered after a specific date.
As much as we want to be able to deliver to everyone, we only deliver to Mainland UK.

We understand that things change and not everything goes to plan. If you would like to cancel your order you can cancel anytime before the day of delivery with a full refund and your delivery money back
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can return your item for a full refund. We will arrange the collection for you, which will be charged accordingly depending on your location. Goods must be returned in the same conditions as received and in their original packing. We do not accept returns of an item that are used, and we do not accept the return of the goods that have been left outdoor to collect.
We understand that sofas can be expensive. That’s why we offer Klarna as one of our finance options so our customers can spread the cost over 3 monthly instalments.
Sometimes people change their mind, and that ok. If you decide you want to change your order to a model you’ve seen that you like better, then contact us within …. days of your purchase and we will change your order
Before purchasing your sofa, the best thing to do is measure the inside of your door! For most of our models you will need a 78cm gap from the inside of your door to fit our sofas through.
